The Paradise is a unique community living project dedicated to differently-abled children and their parents/guardians. Our mission is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children can develop essential life skills, achieve academic success, and receive vocational training to become self-reliant. By living and learning together, we foster a sense of community and mutual support that enhances the well-being of both the children and their families. PARADISE ( Parents’ Association for the Rehabilitation and Assistance for Differently-abled Individuals to Support and Empower) Trust was registered at the Kozhikode Registrar’s office on 01-01-2019.

Use of music therapy has demonstrated improvements of socially acceptable behaviors. Wan, Demaine, Zipse, Norton, & Schlaug (2010) found singing and music making may engage areas of the brain related to language abilities, and that music facilitated the language, social, and motor skills. Successful therapy involves long-term individual intervention tailored to each child’s needs.
